Return Window
We offer a 28-day return policy. You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Label
Customers are responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own return shipping label unless Buckle Forge provides one due to a shipping error, damaged item, or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Buckle Forge is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
Restocking Fee
Buckle Forge does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team within the 28-day return period.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return has been approved.
